Spiderman( Marvel Comics) Vs Batman( Detective Comics / DC)

2 Orphans who are driven by the lost of their loved ones and reside in one loved one in order to become heroes of not just the neighbourhood , but the whole world. Both are the 2 most famous superheroes in the world. Both owns their own companies and are key members in their universe's respective best teams. 

But who wins in a fight?

So let's get this show on the road..

Standard gear , no Preparation time.

Physical Strength:

Peter is stronger , but Bruce is still tough. Batman has staggered aquaman , who has barely blinked at incoming bullets. He has knocked out the joker in one punch , the joker has managed to stay conscious when getting his face ripped out , being punched through the stomach and being knocked by a car. He has bent metal with his bare hands, lifts a ton of weights for warm up and knock out king shark's tooth. 

However Spiderman is stronger. While Batman staggered Aquaman , Spiderman has staggered both the hulk and iron man. He has knocked off scorpion's jaw on accident through his armour , he's blocked a punch from the rhino , blocked a punch from iron man. He's lifted a building , swung around thor's hammer with his webs , not to mention he has even overpowered captain America on several occasions, Captain America lifts weights of 10 tons for exercise.

Speed and Agility:

Another advantage for spiderman.

Batman is quick , managing to hit the flash , Disappearing so fast Superman and Martain Manhunter lost track of him , Superman having super hearing , Super vision and super smell and Martain manhunter has telepathy and phasing. He's dodged point blank bullets, dodged lasers , dodged punches from cyborg and kept up with green lantern in speed for a while (Green lantern went easy.). But Spiderman is ridiculous.

Firstly he's dodged bullets , he kept up similarly with Ironman , Dodged hulk's punches , thor's hammer and lighting , sentry's speed blitz, iron man's lasers, quicksliver's charges and more. His spider sense was so good that Iron fist literally could not touch him. He's caught captain America's sheild without looking , caught a finger within 2 fingers , even redirecting one with his thumb , dodged attacks from other spidermen, dodged hits from are's axe and even sliver surfer's board, he's just godly for a street tier , even for a mid tier it's ridiculous.

Skill and experience:

Spiderman , contradictory to popular belief , is very skilled. He has even learnt his own martial art , "The way of the Spider" which perfectly matches his fighting style and practically gives him a second Spider sense , and in the speed category , that's just ridiculous. However Batman is more skilled , there's no way around it. Bruce has learnt every form of martial arts, defeated people like Ra's Al Ghul and Vandal Savage, head his own against doomsday, you know the guy that killed Superman with his first appearance, and darkseid, the god of evil, longer than people like Hawkman and even booster gold.

He's older than spiderman and has just shown more.  

Gear:

Spiderman has quite a large amount of gear. He has tazer webs, Web mobs, impact webs , etc. He has spare Web supplies , web sheilds, Web glider and Web slingshots. And even his standard webs are strong enough to hold wolverine and even war machines.

However Batman is literally known for his gear. He has his grappling gun , batarangs , gliding Cape, smoke bombs , gas bombs , Flashbangs , grenades , tasers , shock hands and so many others it's not even funny and allows him to take down people like cyborg despite cyborg being able to hold up titan's tower by himself. He even created a gun that could kill darkseid , a multiversal entity.

Intelligence:

Spiderman is surprising Intelligence for being the comic relief. He's so intelligent he's impressed Mr Fantastic and Iron man. He's outsmarted captain America in historical knowledge , created webs so advanced Tony stark was stunned by it. He has made his own business , made a list of Spiderman suits rivalling Ironman's list ( Although they will not be granted to him in this fight. )and has even found flaws in Bruce banner's nano technology. 

Buy Batman is smarter. He, like Parker, also has his own business and has variety of suits as well. He's outsmarted Superman, superman being able to find flaws in an infinitely programmable technological systems , Lex Luthor has outright said that batman is his biggest competition in terms of intelligence , lex being able to make gear that rivals the strength of Jon Kent superboy , Superman's son , out of apokolips's technology. He's outsmarted the riddler , the riddler outsmarting people like Tim drake consistently. Spiderman is impressive , but Batman is Batman.

The fight:

Spiderman is vastly superior to batman in terms of physical means. I mean for simpler terms he is stronger than Captain America who is already stronger than most street tier superheroes. But Batman does not really on his physical strength in these sort of battles , instead relying on his gear, skills and Intelligence. However the advantage in between batman's gear, skill and Intelligence is less than spiderman's overwhelming power. 

Batman does not have a very reliable way to get around spiderman's webs , since it needed deadpool's special carbonadium sword to cut through that , and even the strength of the rhino could not tear through them reliably. Spidey is not dumb either, and does not have a super obvious weakness that batman can exploit easily without preparation time. Spiderman's skill is not too far behind batman's , especially since "the way of the Spider" is a special martial art only in the marvel universe and batman does not have a reliable counter while Spiderman had plenty enough to steal the win. Batman in these fight usually just survives , like with his fight with hawkman he mainly just stalled , and he can hold off spiderman for a while, but not forever. Spiderman is just as determined , just as dangerous, and I don't see batman winning more times than not.
